Tell us about your early roots in your practice of choice.
I started my fitness journey in NYC with dance cardio, where I was able to combine my two passions: dance and fitness. Fitness came pretty naturally to me with my background in dance, and it’s been an upward journey from there.
What inspires you in your practice?
I’m inspired by motivation, progress, and results - not only in myself but in everyone I see weekly at Rise.
What are valuable lessons learned from your training?
I’ve learned the value of patience. Everyone is different and works at a different pace to eventually achieve the results or goals they aim for, whether in fitness or life.
What are some other classes you enjoy at Rise?
I’m excited to take FLOW with Danielle.
What does social wellness mean to you?
Social wellness to me is about meeting and getting to know amazing people in a wellness setting, which is what the Rise model generates.
