FITNESS BACKGROUND: I started training Muay Thai when I was 14. I also cross trained and competed in Boxing and Tae Kwon Do. I’ve fought all over the country and several times in Thailand. Lately my primarily focus has been on barbell training and corrective exercise.

HOW DO YOU STAY MOTIVATED? I don’t need motivation because I’m committed. Motivation is temporary, it comes and goes. I’m committed to martial arts and fitness like a marriage. It’s something I do, I’m in it for life.
