Tell us about your early roots in your practice of choice
I began my wellness journey as a professional dancer in Israel. My journey picked up when I moved to the States; I studied mixed martial arts at the Degerberg Academy of Martial Arts in Chicago and began personal training in martial arts and boxing in NYC.
What inspires you in your practice?
I’m inspired by helping people work towards their goals every day. Whether it’s about gaining confidence, building strength, losing weight, or just maintaining a positive mindset, I love watching my clients take steps closer to their wellness goals every day.
What are valuable lessons learned from your training?
Martial arts teaches me about respect, consistency, positivity, and confidence; these are values I aim to carry over into my personal and professional life. Most importantly, I’ve learned through my practice that there is always a solution -- either you find one or you create one, but you never give up on it.
