FITNESS BACKGROUND: I have been practicing yoga for 10 years and teaching for 3 years. I have 200RYT with Wanderlust Voyager Program at KulaYogaNYC & Wanderlust ATX. I am currently enrolled in a 100 hour Compassion Meditation training by the Nalanda Institute of Contemplative Science, The Path and Pure Yoga.
