Rise + Run Off Season

PROGRAM OVERVIEW

Our signature running series continues through the fall/winter season. Run better together with weekly themed courses, warm-ups, runs, drills and cooldowns designed by expert coach John Honerkamp. This abbreviated version of our 8-week program includes 4 outdoor group running sessions with a pre-Thanksgiving “Turkey Mile Challenge.”

OUR COACH

An expert in the field, John has over 20 years of experience coaching, and is an accomplished professional athlete. Most recently, John coached Karlie Kloss for the 2017 NYC Marathon. For more on John check out his Website and Instagram.

SESSION FORMAT

  • 45 – 60 Minute Training Sessions
  • Warm Up, Running Drills, Cool Down
  • 2-5 Miles Per Class, Depending on Skill Level
