RISE + RUN 3

PROGRAM OVERVIEW

Our signature series returns. Join us for a 6-week group outdoor running program with weekly themed courses, warm-ups, runs, drills and cool-downs designed by expert coach John Honerkamp. It all leads up to a final team 4 mile race in Brooklyn on Saturday, 2/23.

OUR COACH

An expert in the field, John has over 20 years of experience coaching and is an accomplished professional athlete. Most recently, John coached Karlie Kloss for the 2017 NYC Marathon. For more on John check out his Website and Instagram.

SESSION FORMAT

  • 60 Minute Training Sessions
  • Warm Up, Running Drills, Cool Down
  • 2-5 Miles Per Class, Depending on Skill Level
