RISE + RUN

PROGRAM OVERVIEW

Better. Faster. Lighter. Together. Our signature outdoor running series continues! Run your first or fastest mile with weekly themed courses, technique drills and cool-downs designed by expert coach John Honerkamp. Build strength, speed, and stamina using the streets of NYC as your track, the beautiful views, and your fellow runners as inspiration.

OUR COACH

An expert in the field, John has over 20 years of experience coaching and is an accomplished professional athlete. As the founder of The Run Collective, John is an expert on runner safety and established the first-ever Runner Safety Awareness Week in January 2019. SESSION FORMAT

60 Minute Training Sessions

Warm Up, Running Drills, Cool Down

2-5 Miles Per Class, Depending on Skill Level

TIMING + LOCATION

Monday Sessions start at 7:00 am — Rise by We,  85 Broad St., lower level

Wednesday Sessions start at 7:00 am — Rise by We,  85 Broad St., lower level
