OPEN POWER NAP

A short nap in the mid-afternoon can boost memory, improve job performance, lift your mood, make you more alert, and ease stress. Exercise your right to Nap with Open Power Nap, now available at Rise by We. Bring your need for some afternoon rejuvenation and we’ll take care of the rest.

STUDIO FORMAT

  • Location: Rise by We Insight Studio
  • Available Days: Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays
  • Available Times: 2:30 PM – 4:00 PM
  • Session Lengths: Suggested 20-30 Minutes Per Member
  • Walk-ins Only: Please check in with Community Associate or Contact Us at info@risebywe.com

SESSIONS INCLUDE

The below accompaniments will be provided by Rise by We for all nappers to ensure optimal comfort and peak napping performance. Each nap station includes:

  • B Yoga Aromatherapy Eye Mask
  • B Yoga Mat
  • B Yoga Blanket
  • B Yoga Zabuton (head cushion)

NAP ETIQUETTE

  • Select any available nap station
  • Remove shoes before entering the studio
  • Keep noise to a minimum
  • Please be mindful of your time to allow for other nappers (we suggest 20-30 min)
  • If you need to set an alarm, please make sure it is on vibrate
  • Disconnect to reconnect for ultimate relaxation
